LICENSED OR INSURED?
Chess Cleaning is a professional cleaning service that is fully licensed, insured, and bonded (copies available upon request).
Hiring Chess Cleaning (a Licensed company), we do NOT work "under the table". So please keep our economy strong and hire our professionals!

QUALITY OF SERVICE
Do you guarantee your work?
For your convenience and quality control we provide a checklist indicating the various services we provide each time we clean your home.
If, after your inspection, you find Chess Cleaning service is unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can return to correct the issue. Discounts or Refunds are NOT offered as we try to correct any mistakes or missed service.
Request received by our office after that period will be incorporated into your next cleaning

EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES ?
Do you furnish all of the equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. We use our own Vacuums, mops, and cleaning products for reasons listed:
#1-to ensure all personnel are trained in the use of each chemical.
#2- to free you the client from having to keep track of what needs to be replenished, repaired, or replaced.
Should you choose to supply specific products for our employees to use, then you agree to take responsibility for the outcome and are responsible if any worker is harmed.

PREPARE FOR YOUR CLEANING?
Prior to Chess Cleaning's arrival, it is important to remove items off of the floor and dressers that may delay our cleaning services (E.g: Desk that have an excessive amount of paperwork. ), to avoid being billed for extra time needed. With your compliance this will maximize efficiency and minimize the time we spend.
If we have to spend extra time or you prefer that our cleaning team remove/organize the items, we will add the additional billing time and charge you accordingly.
We request that you secure cash, jewelry and other small valuables.

HOME ENTRY ?
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home. The majority of our clients provide us with keys to their homes. If you desire to be home during cleaning services we welcome that. However, we cannot assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own staff; therefore we ask that all persons stay clear of the working area and off of wet floors.

KEYS ?
How do you handle keys that are given to you by the client?
Our policy is that the client ensures their home is accessible to Chess Cleaning. If you choose to provide us with keys to your home, rest assured that we take the utmost care in protecting both your key and home. All keys are secured and are numbered and never have names attached to them.

PETS ?
I have pets, what do I do with them when the cleaner is present?
We are of firm belief that family pets are loved just like children. However, we do require pets must be secured at all times, and are placed in areas that we are not working in.
Remember, pets may behave differently if the owner/family member is not present
Chess Cleaning reserves the right to not enter a house if it is believed that any animal on premises is a threat. In this case you would still be liable to pay the agreed upon cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY ?
Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. The Cancellation fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next cleaning.
If Chess Cleaning arrives during the requested cleaning day and time and are turned away for ANY reason, or cannot gain entrance for ANY reason, the homeowner would still be liable to pay the agreed upon cleaning fee.
We understand that Special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 48 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management’s approval.
Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged unless you give us the change in writing via email.
Chess Cleaning LLC firmly believes that a good Client relationship is based upon understanding.

LATE FEE ?
LATE|Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of $25.00 for accounts overdue by 3 days. In addition, interest will be charged at the rate of (12%) per year on all overdue amounts accruing monthly.

EXTRA REQUEST ?
Any additional task that you wish to have done need to be prescheduled.
Please email us at least (2) days before your scheduled cleaning if you have special request (e.g after construction, painting, sanding), detailed refrigerator cleaning, windows, garage, etc. so we can schedule the extra time need to complete these task.
We are happy to accommodate you.

ACCIDENTS|DAMAGE ?
What if something is damaged while my home is being cleaned?
We treat each clients home with the utmost care and caution. Due to the nature of our business, we are required to touch virtually everything in your home. Chess Cleaning works as careful as possible; please keep in mind accidents do happen.
If something does get damaged while cleaning your home, Chess Cleaning will immediately make note of such incident and will follow-up with a phone call or email to you to determine the best course of action.

In the event an item is damaged or broken we reserve the option of repair or replacement.
Any item of extreme value, either sentimental, monetary, or "one-of-a-kind" is broken/damaged/destroyed a dollar value must be demonstrated in order that a settlement may be determined.

CONSULTATION|QUOTES ?
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, we offer Three (3) convenient and simple options for free quotes and consultations.
Option 1: UPLOAD- Client can upload a real time photo of the room(s) that need servicing and send via EMAIL
Option 2: SKYPE- Client can skype with Chess Cleaning which allows us to virtually preview clients home to provide an estimate
Option 3: TOUR- Chess Cleaning will do a walk-through of clients home for an estimate
At the end of each consultation, Chess Cleaning provides the client with a summary of the cost of the cleaning.
